The company was set up in the mid 90's supplying GRP and Carbon Fibre products to the kit car industry. In mid 2007 the company was aquired by Julian Eisel and Richard Whitefoot with an aim to continue the origional product lines and to expand into new areas. The company is located in Gloucestershire.

The company has over 40 years experience within the motor industry and in particular the building and maintaining of racing cars from the humble road / enduro rally Citroen to full blown Formula 1 powered hillclimb and sprint cars.

Currently the company is supporting the Dallara F307 of 4 times champion Mark Harrison in the MSVR F3 Cup.
